Simple Steps to Even Quicker Weight Loss

Weight loss can be difficult for a lot of people. Even the smallest dieting mistake can alter our weight. While for some people weight loss comes naturally, others struggle for weeks to lose a measly 5 pounds. So what is the secret to quick and effective weight loss? Are there any helpful tips which can successfully speed up and improve loss of body weight? These are both interesting questions and here are a couple suggestions that I stumbled upon.

The first step towards quick weight loss is proper hydration. If you are trying to lose weight it is very important to drink plenty of water. Water is involved in absolutely every physiological process that your body undergoes. This means that water is a part of waste removal and digestion (both very important aspects of weight loss). People who have successfully lost weight in the past recommended drinking a tall glass of water right before every meal. Clearly, the diet you are currently on is incomplete until you incorporate an adequate amount of water.

Another step towards weight loss is eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. When you eat smaller meals your metabolism works more efficiently and fewer calories get stored. When your meals are big, your metabolism becomes overworked and sluggish which leads to more calories stored. So instead of three giant meals, you should opt for four or five small meals. And last but certainly not least, remember to exercise. Try to incorporate cardio fitness at least four times per week for a half an hour. These are just a few weight loss tips for anyone who has ever struggled with those few stubborn pounds.

Here are a few fast weight loss tricks you should be able to start doing immediately. If you want to change things up a bit, yet not make weight loss complicated, these tricks should help you out a lot. 1. Drop all drinks and start taking Stevia in your waters

Look, you know those sodas suck. Right there you add thousands of useless calories to your diet each month with absolutely no benefit to you. And don't even think about diet sodas, they're probably worse due to the unnatural aspartame sugar substitute in them. That thing actually increases your appetite. So any calories you save from drinking these, you'll lose back even more from eating more.

Use water and use Stevia... it's a natural sugar substitute. It's nice a sweet. You won't miss sugar. Just add 1-2 packets to your water. You'll be fine.

2. Fall in love with low calorie yogurts

This is fat becoming my snack of choice. It's not perfect, but 80 calorie or less yogurts get the job done. They fill you up A BIT and they have a decent amount of protein. You'll never get bored with these since they come in so many different flavors. Plus they're CHEAP. I buy the 33 cent Wal-Mart ones. Say I eat 3 a day as snacks. That's $1 and only 240 calories. Can't beat that.

Give these fast weight loss tricks and honest try for 2 weeks and I'll bet that you lose more than a few pounds.

3 Fast and Easy Weight Loss Rules

You want to lose weight and you want to lose it NOW. But when your current habits and current state of health reflect otherwise, you may not know where to begin.

Here is how I got one of my dear family members jumpstarted on the road to fast and easy weight loss and exactly where you can start too.

Picture this. I am at a cousin's house, enjoying another great barbeque. If there is anything that is guaranteed at one of my family functions it's always LOTS OF FOOD!

Just as we're chowing down on steaks, chicken legs, hamburgers and hot dogs, (I swear, I was not the one eating the hot dogs) my uncle came up to me and said "Hey Isabel. Your mom says her knees don't hurt anymore like they did last year. My knees are killing me. What do you think is wrong with them?" (All the while he's still chomping down on his second hot dog and cola).

"Well Tio (I speak Spanish to all of my relatives) let me give it to you straight. (Look of fear in his eyes). This past year my mom, your sis, lost 40 lbs. That's 40 lbs less weight that her knees have to carry around. Of course they feel better. I guarantee if you lost a few lbs. yourself, your knees would stop hurting."

At this point Tio looks like he wishes he had just asked me about the weather, the upcoming election or even quantum physics, ANYTHING but be told that he needs to lose weight.

"Isabel, I'm 60 years old and I have been this fat forever. I wouldn't even know where to start."

So I gave him 3 fast and easy weight loss rules to follow.

"Tio, follow these three rules and I guarantee you, better yet, I promise you, you will lose a minimum of 10 lbs. in 14 days."

1. Don't eat anything that is white. Name every single food that is white and chances are you shouldn't be eating it. Ok, I know, cauliflower is white but based on Tio's current eating habits, I didn't think he was going to be shedding any tears over cauliflower. What I'm really talking about is white flour, white sugar, and milk. White foods like chicken and turkey breast and fish are ok to eat.

2. Only drink water, NOTHING else! How about coffee? Just to keep any possible withdrawal headaches at bay, one small cup of organic black coffee. Can you add half and half?...Well is it white?

3. Don't eat anything with the word wheat in the ingredients list. What if it's whole wheat? Look, if the word starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h e a in between, you can't eat it.

I have set hundreds of clients up with these 3 fast and easy weight loss rules and the results have been outstanding.

Does Carb Cycling Work?

Carb cycling has become quite a buzzword in the weight loss industry. Also known as Carb Rotating, this has become a method which many people are using to get their weight loss process going in a fast and continuous manner.

But what is carb cycling and does it really work?

Carb cycling is an eating method in which you alter the amount of carb calories that you consume from one day to the next. You slip in low carb days every so often but before and after them come regular carb days. What this accomplishes is 2 things: First, the low carb days help you to create a calorie deficit needed to lose weight. Second, the cycling or carb rotating helps you to keep your metabolism from slowing down as it often does when we reduce our overall calorie intake.
